  • Yes. As every bride enjoys a highly personalised experience and exclusive use of our private bridal studio, all visits are by appointment only. This ensures you have the studio to yourself and the dedicated time and attention of your bridal stylist throughout your visit.

  • Our studio can comfortably seat the bride and a maximum of 3 guests.

    We recommend bringing those whose opinion you value the most. If you cannot imagine having your ‘yes’ moment without your mum, best friend or any other special person in your life, please ensure they can make your appointment. Because of the unique styling service we offer, most brides find ‘the one’ on their first visit. We want you to feel prepared for this and be able to share your moment with your significant people.

    We kindly request that you do not bring young children to your appointment (with the exception of babies in arms), due to the danger of leaning mirrors and abundance of white!

  • We recommend a minimum of a year in advance where possible. This will allow time for delivery, alterations, finishing touches and a relaxed experience.

    Shorter time frame? We will try our absolute hardest to help. This may incur an extra rush cut fee, but can make all the difference in getting ‘the one’ here in time for your day.

  • We highly recommend wearing underwear close to your skin shade for trying on dresses. Most of our dresses have built in bra cups so you may find you are more comfortable not wearing a bra.

    We have a bridal podium for you to stand and view dresses (as well as some very beautiful Charlotte Mills shoes in the changing room), but feel free to bring your own heels if you prefer.

  • Our sample sizes range from a UK 6-16 with the majority being a size 10 or 12.

    We have plenty of tricks to show how a dress that is too small or too large will fit in your size.

    All are available to order from a UK 2-30+ and are available either made to measure (made to your own measurements) or with split sizing (different size top to bottom, i.e. 10 top 12 bottom) as an option.

  • The dresses in our collection are priced between £2,360 and £4,250, with the majority being around £2,700 - £3,200.

  • We know how tempting it is to take photographs while trying on dresses, but we kindly ask that no photographs are taken of you in our sample gowns.

    This is actually designed to help you get the most from your appointment. Photographs rarely capture how a dress truly looks or feels in person, and it is very easy to become distracted by comparing photos rather than focusing on how you feel in each gown. We want you to enjoy the experience, be present in the moment and choose the dress that makes you feel incredible.

    We are also privileged to be given access to exclusive pre-release designs by some of our designers before they are available to the public. To protect these designs, they cannot be photographed until they have been officially released by the designer.

    You and your guests are, of course, very welcome to take photographs around our beautiful studio to remember the occasion. And once you've found your dress and your own gown arrives, you can take as many photographs as you like!

  • We have multiple payment options available. The most frequently chosen is a 50% part payment at the point of order, with the remaining balance being divided into monthly payments.

  • No, our bridal appointments are completely complimentary.

    Your appointment includes exclusive use of the studio throughout your visit, along with a dedicated bridal stylist to help you find your dream dress. We also offer complimentary on-site parking for up to two cars.
